When we started this home selling journey, we decided to go with a big name company. We thought for sure they would be able to sell our home quickly based on the name alone. We were so wrong in that. After 100 days on the market and no offers, we were desperate to find someone who would sell our home quickly. My husband is in the military and we look for every opportunity to support veteran owned businesses. We stumbled upon Eric Edward’s name when we were speaking to a neighbor about our troubles selling our home. He told us that Eric was a miracle worker and I should reach out. I had one phone conversation with Eric and I knew he was the perfect person to sell our home. Eric hired a professional photographer to take photos of our home (something that the other real estate company did not do – they took photos on their camera phone) and he had someone do a video walkthrough. His team consists of 10+ veteran individuals who work together to buy/sell homes. After listing our home, we had an offer in 1 week. He was pleasant to work with and always answered his phone and catered to my needs as a seller (I can be quite overwhelming hahahaha). Today we closed on our home, on time and in the midst of a hurricane, and I am so thrilled that Eric is who we chose to work with at the end of it all.
