When we started this home selling journey, we decided to go with a big name company. We thought for sure they would be able to sell our home quickly based on the name alone. We were so wrong in that. After 100 days on the market and no offers, we were desperate to find someone who would sell our home quickly.

My husband is in the military and we look for every opportunity to support veteran owned businesses. Eric was absolutely amazing while helping me find my home. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time. Having bought a house before, I knew some of the process... but he was still able to calm my nerves and thoroughly explain anything that I had questions about. I have spoken to Eric several times while looking for my second home and will undoubtedly be using his services from here on out. I initially spoke with him about what I am looking for and that I would like to use my current house as a rental property. He is always available and the list of homes he has shown me are what I have been looking for. Eric is extremely knowledgeable. Any questions I have asked he either had the answers or contacted me with the answers within 24 hours. He even made sure to provide me with a list of reputable property managers so the transition of having renters when I move out will be very easy.
